Our History

The founder of Hazrat-e-Ghaem Fund and Charity Complex(Daliz Health), Mr. Mohsen Emami—father of Alireza (Shahab)—dedicated many years of his career to the growth of the fruit business, achieving notable success and recognition in the field. Throughout his career, he consistently sought opportunities to offer a helping hand to those in need. His ambition to assist the underprivileged and his sense of social responsibility toward society ultimately led to the establishment of the Non-Interest Fund in 1996 and the Charity Foundation in 1999, forming the Fund and Charity Complex in a small building on Shahid Beheshti Street, Tehran. As services expanded, the center relocated to a newly acquired building on Khorram Shahr Street, Tehran. With the ongoing support and pure intentions of its benevolent members, the center continued to grow, and in 2002, after relocating to its current premises and undergoing reconstruction, it launched its medical services (emergency, dialysis, dental) and charity services (non-interest fund, dowry assistance, food parcels, cultural activities, charity box).

After retiring from the business sector, Mr. Mohsen Emami devoted all his time and energy to the development of the non-profit sector. Along with a group of like-minded humanitarians, he offered unconditional service to the underprivileged. Due to his advanced age, he passed all responsibilities to his elder son, Alireza (Shahab), several years ago—a transition the family views as a blessing from God. As the number of clients and the public’s demand for the center’s services grew, it became necessary to expand the facility to improve service delivery.

In 2012, Shahab made the decision to construct an 8-story building designed according to required standards by hiring expert consultants and engineers to provide dedicated, standardized spaces for each unit. In 2016, the complex officially resumed its operations in the new building. Both legal entities (the Fund and Charity Foundation) formed a board of trustees with a sworn duty to oversee and ensure the units’ activities align with their shared mission. The center is managed by a board of directors, and each of its six units is led by a beneficent manager chosen from the complex’s members, who assume responsibility based on their experience and expertise.

In 2024, the charity underwent a rebranding process and is now known as Daliz Health.

Vision and mission statement

Our mission is to foster and strengthen a culture of helping in our society, serving as a benchmark for others who are willing to establish similar foundations. A notable example of our international recognition is the special attention we received from prominent foreign companies during their visits to Iran. In 2015, an Italian delegation from the Italy Food and Drink Industry Federation, led by Executive Director Mr. Luigi Scordamaglia, visited our complex as part of their business mission to Iran. They expressed satisfaction with our work and indicated their willingness to establish a similar complex in their own country.

  • Our goals include:
  • Achieving spiritual fulfillment by providing assistance to the underprivileged
  • Fulfilling our social responsibility to the broader community
  • Maintaining our position as the leading national non-profit medical center specializing in the treatment of specific diseases, such as dialysis. In 2008, our efforts were recognized and awarded by the government
  • Exploring and expanding additional humanitarian activities on the upper floors of the complex, which are ready for new initiatives
